Refunds

We want every product to work on your site. If it doesn't, here's what happens:

1. Contact us through the contact page and tell us your website address and what went wrong.
2. We'll help you get it working, usually within two business days.
3. If we can't make it work, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

We don't offer refunds for change of mind after the product is working, because the code can't be returned once downloaded.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through our checkout provider, Payhip.
