Turn a spreadsheet of documents into a searchable, filterable resource library on any website.
Most resource pages are a long list of links that nobody can search. Resource Finder replaces that list with a library your visitors can search, filter by category and file type, and sort by date.
You keep the list in a Google Sheet or a CSV file. Add a row, and the website updates. There's no database, no plugin to update, and nothing to pay each month.

What it does
Edit a spreadsheet, not a web page
Use a Google Sheet your whole team can update, a CSV file, or rows pasted straight into the page.
Search as you type
Searches titles, descriptions, categories and tags. Matches are highlighted, and "cafe" finds "Café".
Filters people understand
Category buttons, a file-type filter that detects PDF, Word, Spreadsheet, Slides and Video from each link, plus sorting by date or title.
Shareable results
Filtered views are saved in the page address, so you can send someone a link to "Forms" or a search for "volunteer".
Looks like your site
Uses your site's fonts and colors automatically. Choose one brand color, and a card or list layout.
Accessible and safe
Labels, keyboard support and screen-reader announcements are built in. Spreadsheet text is always shown as text, and unsafe links are removed.

Questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. If you can paste text into an HTML or code block on your site builder, you can install it. The download includes step-by-step guides for each platform.
Which website builders does it work with?
Any builder that lets you add custom HTML or code: Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Shopify (Online Store 2.0 themes), Ghost, Carrd and hand-coded sites. Some builders only allow custom code on certain plans, so check yours before buying.
How do I update the list?
Edit your Google Sheet. Changes appear on your site within a few minutes, with no web editing. If you pasted rows into the page instead, you edit the code block.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep using the version you bought on your licensed sites for as long as you like.
Can I use it on more than one site?
The Single site license covers one website. The Agency license covers up to 25 websites you build or maintain for clients.
What if it doesn't work on my site?
Contact us and we'll help. If we can't get it working, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
